We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. Not just any nurse, a RN that will share our mission of providing compassionate end of life care. We are a locally owned company committed to caring for our community.

As part of our exceptional team, you will report directly to the Executive Director. Responsibilities include:

• Serve as point person to ensure referrals and intake processes are completed efficiently and timely in coordination with area facilities.
• Provide education regarding our hospice services to area providers.
• Complete patient assessments and admissions processes as appropriate.
• Maintain thorough clinical record documentation.
• Participate in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
