WHAT YOU'LL DO :

As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing the administrative support services for the Vice President / Administrator regarding scheduling, correspondence, telephone support, filing, and communication with team members, Medical Staff, Camden Advisory Committee, and the public.

You will cooperate with the Health System’s Medical Staff Office, assume responsibility for the various Medical Staff functions including maintenance of on-call schedules, meeting coordination, minutes, compliance with Joint Commission requirements, and other support services.

BACKGROUND :

• Associate’s Degree in healthcare-related field preferred or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• A minimum of five years comprehensive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a front office setting. Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment with a knowledge of hospital and Medical Staff operations and / or credentialing.
