Lourdes High School SECRETARY, RCS ACTIVITIES OFFICE at LOURDES HIGH SCHOOL, Rochester Catholic Schools Qualified candidates will assume a variety of secretarial and administrative support responsibilities for the RCS Activities Director with high emphasis on efficiency and confidentiality.
Position Summary
To perform and provide more specific athletic / activities program support responsibilities including but not limited to: cashiering, reconciling, receipting, and securing of fees and funds from various events; documentation of student eligibility; individual student athletic / activity records; update all activity event calendars; regular publication and marketing of news and stories; and ongoing contacts with the Hiawatha Valley League and the Minnesota State High School League.
Selection Criteria:
High school education or its GED equivalent is required. Post H.S. preparation in office / business training is highly desirable. Experience in one or more areas of the essential accountabilities contained herein is preferred. Demonstrated computer literacy and skill with all levels of current office technology is expected.
