The Janitorial Operations Manager (On-Site) shall ensure that the Janitorial Department at Raleigh-Durham International Airport, operates in an efficient manner including but not limited to managing operations-related responsibilities such as working hands-on with the employees in cleaning the facilities assigned such as mopping the floors, vacuuming, dusting, taking out trash, etc; must have strong leadership skills and knows how to designate work assignments to each employee fairly; knowledgeable on work-scheduling, timekeeping, payroll; can handle employee issues in a professional and timely manner, following the correct disciplinary procedure; must be a problem solver with analytical thinking, coachable, and must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
