Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Technician to join our team. As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles and equipment. Responsibilities:

- Must have own tools
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Use power tools and hand tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair components
- Conduct diagnostics using specialized equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Skills:
- Proficient in vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
- Knowledge of power tools and their safe usage
- Ability to assemble, disassemble, and repair components accurately
- Familiarity with electrical systems in vehicles and equipment
- Experience working with Fertilizer Application equipment or similar heavy equipment is a plus
- Diagnostics skills are highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
