Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide recommendations on drink selection based on guest preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to work well within a team
