Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and transcribing
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in order entry and data management
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
