Must have Experience in answering phone and doctor's office experience and referral coordinator.

Must know skills to deal with Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatric

Patients Responsibilities include but are NOT limited to: Greeting patients: Check-In/Check-Out Insurance Verification Collecting Copay /Deductibles Scheduling appointments Answering phone calls Checking Patient Online Posting charges and reports Uploading Claims online/offline Billing - EOB statements Collections from Insurance companies and Patients

A friendly, Calm, fast learner, self starter, responsible, tech savvy, ability to deal with Child, adolescent and adult mental Health patients, team player and outgoing personality is necessary.

Knowledge/experience with Office Ally online billing experience is a plus.
