We are seeking a motivated and experienced Vehicle Exchange Specialist to join our team. As a Vehicle Exchange Specialist , you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to existing customers off of the service drive, provide exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers
- Negotiating pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Experience:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with market and customer preferences is a plus
- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling is beneficial
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
