Description: A Boutique Real Estate firm based in West Hollywood is looking for a RESIDENTIAL LEASING AGENT to join the team. The ideal person for this role is a personable, enthusiastic, multi-tasker who will take all calls on available units, handle showings to prospective tenants, assist with the tenenat application process, and draft and sign leases. Weekly reports will be requested by principals of the company to check in on activity, interest, and follow-through.

Location: Properties in the portfolio are located in Hollywood, Downtown LA, Eagle Rock, Echo Park, and Long Beach.

Requirements: Will need to have a CA Real Estate license . If a candidate does not have their license, we are willing to hire the right person and assist with completing a program to obtain a license.

Work Schedule : Will work 5 days a week but NEED TO BE AVAILABLE SATURDAYS for showings, as many residential tenants request Saturday tours. May take Sunday and another week day off.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
