Front Desk - Dental Office
Join our team at our newly remodeled and expanded dental office and contribute to providing exceptional dental care to our patients. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment experience. Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and other dental professionals
- Explain treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients
- Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary
- Follow up with patients to ensure they understand and are satisfied with their treatment plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or questions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in dental assisting or office administration is a plus
- Previous 1 year experience working in a dental office preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using dental practice management software and computer systems
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a patient-focused approach
