REGISTERED NURSE-BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COMMUNITY SUPPORT COORINATOR

South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources (SJBHR), a 501(c)(3) non- profit which may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness is a community-based mental health organization dedicated to providing quality behavioral l health services in Southern New Jersey since 1984.

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to perform the duties of the community support services coordinator. This is a full-time position with a robust benefits and time off package., but will consider part time schedule for qualified candidate.

Working out of our administrative offices in Pennsauken, NJ and under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services or other Executive, the Community Support Services Coordinator is responsible to provide community mental health rehabilitative support services to consumers living independently in the community, and provide clinical and/or administrative supervision to program staff. The CSS Coordinator meets face to face with consumer to perform comprehensive rehabilitation needs assessments and completes consumer rehabilitation plans and ensures timely completion of encounter notes and other chart material.

Education and Experience:

RN must be licensed by the applicable New Jersey State professional board.

Valid driver’s license is required.

Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program.

Two years of community mental health.
