TEAM LEADER Full Time

SOUTH JERSEY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RESOURCES, INC. (SJBHR), a 501(c) (3) which may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Is a community-based mental health organization dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services since 1984. SJBHR is currently seeking an entry level opportunity for a full-time billing specialist. We offer a robust benefits and time off package.

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator or other supervisor, the team leader is responsible for taking the lead in service provision and coordination for consumers residing in the assigned residence. In addition, the team leader is responsible for the oversight and coordination of services to ensure the safe therapeutic operation of the residence.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited college/university with a Bachelor’s degree in a mental health, health or other appropriate human services related discipline; and 1 year work experience in a mental health residential setting.
• A combination of one or more years of college, plus one or more years related experience together equaling five years; or
• A High school diploma or the equivalent, plus five years related experience
• Rehabilitative training and certification provided through SJBHR are required within 2 weeks of employment.

Valid driver’s license is required. Driver’s abstract must meet insurance carrier’s requirements.

Upon hire must satisfactorily complete the SJBHR orientation and competency based adult mental health rehabilitation program training.
