Join our team and bartend for regular dining and large banquets! Our bartenders never work until bar close! Applicants must be able to work well with others and have a positive mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Bartender Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant members and guests
• Interact with members and guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess members and guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Present the bar menu
• Check members and guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
• Must hold current Wisconsin bartender's license
• Other duties as requested

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
