We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and persistent Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to help us expand our fast-growing business and be a part of our continued success! As an OSR, you will be at the front line of the sales cycle and develop a persistent sales strategy that will win more business. We are seeking hunters who love to sell our solutions and find new business, but who also have a passion for providing top-level account management.
-Key Responsibilities:
Your success in this role hinges on your ability to:
- Excel in door-to-door sales, actively generating leads and establishing client connections
- Communicate effectively with potential clients, offering tailored solutions to their needs.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and provide expert recommendations.
- Manage entire project lifecycles, from cost estimation to successful completion.
- Efficiently coordinate schedules and resources to meet project goals.
- Managing financial transactions and assisting customers with financing options.
-Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role is:
- Highly motivated, with a passion for outdoor, on-the-ground sales work.
- 1 year or more direct sales experience.
- Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure following an initial paid training period.
- Seeking a full-time, flexible position that promises both personal and professional growth.
- Strong background in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.

-Compensation: This is a commission-based role, with representatives typically earning between $47,000 to $75,000 annually (uncapped commissions). The pay structure will be discussed with qualified candidates.
