We are a group of 4 pediatric surgeons whose goal is to provide accessible, compassionate, high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents within their own community. Front Desk Associate
Duties:
Greet and welcome patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner
Check-in and check-out patients and their families efficiently
Answer phone calls and make appopintments for patients
Handle complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Prepare patients's charts and confirm insurances
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel if needed to our satellite office in Coral Springs
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
