The Medical Assistant assists the Physician or Physician Assistant with direct patient care in a clinical setting. Supports patient-focused care, demonstrates exceptional customer service, communicating clearly, respectfully, and professionally with patients, family and clinical team. Facilitates an efficient clinic-flow, collaborating with other functional areas of the office. Uses EMR functions to ensure consistent and accurate documentation, following established protocol. Complies with all OHSA, HIPAA, BBP and other protocol. We practice in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring self-discipline, initiative and a team-player mindset.
This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Medical Assistants travel between our Palm Beach Gardens and Lake Worth offices.
