 The South College - Nashville Campus, is now seeing candidates for our Nursing Operations Coordinator. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Nursing, the major duties of this role include:

-Administrative and Operational support for Associate Dean

· Information sessions

· Monitor applications 

· TEAS administration: Testing Schedule, proctor, track data for application

· Ensure official transcripts are received by drop add dates

· Compile Admission, Progression, Retention Data

· Compile Enrollment Data for incoming Nursing students:

o GPA requirements met

o TEAS assessment taken and scored appropriately

· Send out letters of admission decision into the nursing program

· Assign Faculty Advisors for new students

· Register students for classes as appropriate 

Other administrative and support duties as assigned.

Salary

$60k to $75k starting based upon experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Strong experience in fast-paced, high-complexity, service-based work environment.

Expert Project Management and Personal Communication Skills

Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Technically proficient in Adobe

Academic and student interaction experience preferred
