South Coast Remodelers is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Plant, FL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.

Duties:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in project management software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, or other construction management software
- Experience with construction estimating and bidding processes using tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
