SUMMARY:
The Team Leader will report to the Program Manager and is responsible for specializing in either QA/RD or a little of both. This position includes coordination, evaluation and implementation of QA, RD and/or both. The Lead QA or RD will provide service provider program evaluations, training SCLARC staff, volunteers, and assisting in the development and revision of the policy and procedure. The Lead QA or RD technical assistance to staff, vendors, clients and the community on resources, regulations, unmet needs, and quality assurance. This position is to ensure services provided to people supported are in compliance with Title XVII, California Code of Regulations, the Lanterman Act, Agency standards and best practices for community programs for the developmentally disabled. A knowledge base of regulations is strongly recommended. The position must collaborate with the vendor community, Community Care Licensing, other community partners, and with the Department of Developmental Services.
