Recreation and Parks Department
Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Hourly, Union
Salary Range: Grade C, FY24: $23.81 to $25.28 per hour
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for developing and implementing a broad spectrum of community programs,
activities, and special events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Red Cross and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain certification within six months from date of hire.
- Valid driver’s license required. Travel to various worksites is required.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment Criminal Background check and Drug Test required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation/Recreation Management, P.E, or related field preferred or three (3) years prior work experience.
- Occasional night and weekend availability are required.
