Non-Exempt, Union, Full Time
Salary Grade: B $22.26/hour to $23.62/hour
JOB SUMMARY:
Skilled in the operation of public works equipment for all highway division tasks involving the maintenance of city streets, drainage infrastructure, sewers, parks, and other city property. Proficient in the use of all city owned or rented heavy equipment. Performs manual labor as needed to accomplish tasks. All other work as assigned.
- High school diploma
- Three years of experience in general construction or public works related activities including two years in the operation of heavy and specialized equipment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possession of Vermont CDL B license with tanker endorsement or ability to obtain within first 6 months from start date.
