We are seeking a highly motivated Keyholder / Sales Leader to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with employee management, customer service, sales, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for retail.
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
- Assist with visual merchandising to create an appealing store environment
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
