Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our business. The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Sell products and services to customers, ensuring their needs are met - Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees - Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge - Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive work environment - Supervise daily activities to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company standards - Handle cash transactions accurately and securely - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and record keeping - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets Experience: - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Experience in interviewing, training development, and shift management is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement.
