•Minimum of 7 years of landlord-tenant resolution and trial experience in Civil Court, Housing Court and Supreme Court.
•Trial experience and ability to successfully oversee a case from inception through trial.
•Demonstrate contemporaneous experience in drafting predicate notices, pleadings, motions, complex settlement agreements, and in taking and defending depositions.
•Strong negotiating skills and excellent computer and research skills are necessary.
