This Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, responsible for providing financial analyses, reporting, and strategic insights to support decision-making across the organization. This role will work closely with the Sr. Director of Finance and a myriad of cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, prepare forecasts, and contribute to budgeting and planning processes at our client. The Senior Financial Analyst should be an innovative and collaborative problem solver, with a strong analytical mindset, good attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely. • Partnering with finance leadership to analyze the company’s performance, trends, and key metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Preparing accurate, insightful, and timely financial reports, presentations, and dashboards that highlight key findings and support decision-making
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support scenario analysis, business valuation, and strategic planning
• Supporting annual planning and periodic forecasting processes by collecting and analyzing financial data from various sources
• Collaborating with business units to develop accurate revenue and expense forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Monitoring and analyzing budget vs. actual performance, identifying key drivers of variances and trends
• Working closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs, aligning financial analyses with operational goals, and driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes
• Leveraging automation and technology tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables
• Working on special projects and initiatives as needed

• BS/BA/MS degree in finance, accounting, or another related field is required
• MBA or Master’s in finance is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a public company corporate environment
• Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques, experience with PowerPoint and advanced proficiency in Excel is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the broader impact of financial decisions on organizational performance
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as expertise in Excel and financial modeling
