Sound Wealth is Hiring a Client Service Associate Near Marlton, NJ

We are a fee-based Christian-owned financial services firm. We follow the Kingdom Advisors financial principles focusing on folding Christian values with financial strategies to help our clients live a fulfilling life of generosity. We are a full-service firm offering wealth management services including financial planning, asset management and individual and small business tax preparation and planning. Key Responsibilities and Requirements :

  • Confidently deliver biblical counsel and wisdom
  • Hold a true understanding that God owns it all and the ability to effectively equip clients to be disciplined financial stewards
  • Ability to integrate biblical principles and relevant Scripture with professional advice
  • Facilitate utilizing biblical values to make financial decisions
  • Helping research and develop planning strategies alongside senior planners using our core technology
  • Collaborate and act as the case manager for our team by participating in client meetings and taking notes, completing administrative tasks such as forms and various documentation, and providing all necessary support for our senior planners and clients
  • Performing analysis and research to support constructions of financial strategies and client needs
  • Be a primary source of communication with clients to handle requests, questions, follow-up tasks and action items

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Series 65 license or ability to obtain within 3 months
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain astute attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn tax, workflow management, performance reporting, and financial planning software.
  • Must be compassionate, self-confident, dependable, and team oriented.
  • Must possess a humble attitude to do any job.

A Certified Kingdom Advisor® demonstrates:

Associate Advisor / Financial Advisor requirements:

  • Earn the full CFP® designation.
  • Earn the Certified Kingdom Advisors (CKA®) designation.
  • Life and Health Insurance License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
