I am the Medical Director for Sound’s hospitalist program at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon. As a proud member of the team for nearly three years, I am excited to extend a warm invitation to nurse practitioners considering new opportunities in their careers. • We are a close-knit team of healthcare professionals, consisting of fourteen physicians and six APPs. We come from diverse backgrounds, both geographically and educationally, creating a rich tapestry of perspectives in patient care.

Practice

• Our hospital recently completed a multi-million-dollar expansion and renovation, providing state-of-the-art facilities for our patients.
• We have a semi-open ICU with on-site intensivists during the day and Sound Tele-ICU support at night. We are seeking advanced practice providers who are dedicated to patient care. There are no procedural requirements.
• We offer flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed shift obligations.
• Benefits encompass medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, a 401(k) with matching contributions, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and an annual CME allowance.
• For employed advanced practice providers, we offer a Path to Partnership program. After two years, partnership is evaluated, and partners have the opportunity to double their productivity bonuses.
