Soul Caffeine Inc in Spanish Fort, AL is looking for a new barista to join our new location. At Soul Caffeine our mission to build community with great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. We want each customer to leave with a great cup of coffee and a smile. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. We are primarily hiring for morning and swing shift and weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
- *Prepare hot and cold drinks to recipe in accordance with customer needs *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines *Interact with customers regularly and professionally *Love coffee and people.
Qualifications
- *Proven working experience as a barista is not required, but a plus. *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Excellent customer service
We are looking for 15 hours a week candidates with weekend and evening availability. We do not hire seasonal workers so only apply if you need to work year round.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
