PJ's Coffee in Spanish Fort is looking for baristas to join our team. We are located 6510 Spanish Fort

*Must be 16 Years or Older *Must Love Coffee! (specifically, PJ’s Coffee!!) *Must have an Overtly Cheerful, Friendly, Outgoing personality. It is not just about selling a cup of coffee; it is about developing long-term relationships with our customers. *Strong verbal skills and the ability to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment *Strong desire to make our customers happy and to provide excellent service! *Barista experience is Ok, but not required! You will be trained in the PJ’s ways of serving the best cup of coffee! *Alabama Food Handler's Card is required for Mobile County locations. *We have some great recipes - memorization skills are essential!

Qualifications

*High integrity with a great attendance record *Must be willing to complete online training & commit to learning recipes & processes *Must have open availability on Fridays, Saturdays, & Sunday *Week Day Shifts are open to discussion.

Compensation is $7.50 - $15.00/hour depending on experience. Seeking team members who are driven in making GREAT tips and other incentive based bonuses!

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
