SOTHEBY INTERNATIONAL REALTY is Hiring an Experienced Real Estate Marketing and Sales Assistant Near New York, NY

A top-producing Senior Global Real Estate Advisor at Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking an experienced and dedicated marketing and sales assistant who will help focus on growth and execute a wide range of tasks toward our sales goals. The nature of this role is administrative and operational with the ideal candidate taking charge in managing end-to-end business operations.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative, marketing, and sales support to a top broker who is consistently ranked as one of the top producers in the sale of co-ops, condominiums and townhouses in Manhattan. This broker’s clients are celebrities and leading figures in business that are buying and/or selling multi-million dollar homes, so discretion is paramount.

We are looking for a dedicated, engaged, and experienced real estate professional who possesses a no-task-is-too-small attitude and who has a bold vision of growth, both personally and professionally. A sense of humor is a must, as is the ability to prioritize tasks with little direction.

Our office is located on the Upper East Side, and there are bonus opportunities commensurate with team performance.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not be limited to):

  • Spearhead marketing campaigns to generate new exclusive listings and drive the sale of our exclusive properties
  • Streamline existing workflow by identifying ways to make internal processes more efficient and more effective
  • Define new marketing and operational strategies
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required and as the needs of the office evolve
  • Assist in the showing of properties
  • Create and modify presentations and proposals for our key stakeholders
  • Stage new exclusive listings in line with our aesthetic (an eye for design will be considered a plus)
  • Liaise with marketing and corporate personnel as necessary
  • Develop and maintain upkeep of our contact databases (experience with various CRM tools will behoove you)
  • Perform market research and draw conclusions (basic understanding of statistical analyses will be considered helpful)
  • Stay abreast of industry developments

Requirements:

  • University or college degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Highly adept with mobile technology (e.g., iOS)
  • Mailchimp, Rezora, or related e-newsletter experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Superb customer service, administrative, and organizational skills
  • Team player, self-starter, energetic
  • Feels comfortable working in a high-end organization
  • Eager to learn and broaden skillset
  • Discreet – all transactions, phone conversations, etc., are highly confidential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year

Benefits:
