- Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent guest relations

- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, ensuring their needs are met

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area

- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

- Follow food safety protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment

- Perform basic math calculations to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change

- Utilize Toasttab POS system order processing and payment handling

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred

- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Familiarity with Toasttab POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
