Standard Office Systems of Atlanta, a Flex Technology Group company, is hiring a Printer/Copier Field Technician for the metro Atlanta area in GA.

Your Responsibilities:

• Triage all printer/copier calls from clients.
• Troubleshoot and fix copiers/printers in an assigned geographic area.
• Manage service delivery for assigned accounts, addressing escalations as needed.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and supervisors by opening tickets and escalating calls when required.
• Provide accurate feedback with call close information, part usage reporting, and customer meter readings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and end users.

Your Qualifications:

• Technical expertise in Color/Black-White MFPs with Ricoh, Canon, Sharp and other brands preferred.
• A positive professional demeanor with a team spirit
• Must possess excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and fixing things.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications and desktop technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
