We are searching for a qualified SLP who is interested in working in a pediatric clinic setting and also a school setting. The position is Full Time with the ability to work from home on certain days each week. You will be required to supervise two SLPA's in a school setting, perform Evaluations when needed and participate in MET/IEP meetings in person or remotely.
Our current hours are Mon-Thurs 8:00 - 6:00PM and Fridays 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Requirements:
-Education: Master's Degree in Speech-language Pathology
-Hold a valid SLP license in the state of Arizona
-Hold a current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
-Hold current CPR certification
-Maintain Continuing Education requirements, as per AzDHS (http://azdhs.gov/licensing/special/index.php#speech-hearing-continuing-education)
General job description:
-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of speech-language disorders
-Administer and interpret evaluations
-Complete quarterly progress reports, as needed
-Collaborate closely with children, families, and other therapy professionals
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members.
- Perform support duties, such as preparing materials, keeping records, and maintaining supplies.
