As the Wine Shop Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the wine shop, integrating with other departments, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking wine products
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Assist customers in selecting wines based on their preferences and provide recommendations
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality products
- Conduct wine tastings and educational events for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives to promote the wine shop

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team
- Excellent sales management skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of different wine varieties, regions, and production processes
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Proficient in managing inventory and conducting regular stock checks
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms with suppliers
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
