Position : Device Lead Machine Operator I

Hourly : $28.41 / hr

Shift : 3rd Shift 11 : 00PM - 7 : 00AM

Must be able to train on 1st shift 7 : 00AM to 3 : 00PM for minimum of 2 months

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Sets up thermoforming machines for operation
• Mounts dies, molds and loads rolls of raw materials into the machine.
• Engages machine to produce parts and maintains continuous operation.
• Performs troubleshooting and quality control checks.
• Performs routine maintenance on machines.
• Works with Packer / Inspectors to resolve any quality issues as needed.
• Directs Packers / Inspectors to work in other areas when machine is down for troubleshooting or set up.
• Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.

We’d love to hear from you if :

• You have a High school Diploma or equivalent
• You have 6 months set up operator experience
• You have 1 year previous production line experience preferred*
• You have good written and verbal communication skills
• You have good manual dexterity and agility
• You have good leadership skills
• You can lift up to 50 lbs
