We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Entry-Level Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for recent graduates aiming to lay a robust foundation in their accounting careers. The selected candidate will engage in various accounting activities and work closely with experienced CPAs to enhance their skills and knowledge

Duties will include:

• Accounting and bookkeeping for multiple entities.
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Performing bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Posting transactions and preparing financial statements.
• Assisting CPAs with various tasks and tax preparation projects.
• Communicating and liaising with clients to manage accounts and resolve queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. A BA in Accounting is highly recommended.
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and quality work.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

This job requires 35-40 hours/week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
