Estate Planning Associate Attorney (1-3 years exp. and licensed in Arizona)

Sonja Cotton & Associates is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented attorney with an entrepreneurial mindset and 1-3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or trusts. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle estate planning and administration matters for clients with precision and professionalism.
• Provide expert advice and counsel on estate planning, trust administration, tax planning, and wealth preservation strategies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to estate planning.
• Exhibit exceptional legal writing and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed with the State Bar in Arizona and be a member in good standing.
• Possess outstanding academic credentials and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong drafting and review skills for legal documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in legal work.
• Comprehensive understanding of estate planning laws and regulations.
