Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your assigned shifts. You will be responsible for supervising the team, managing customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring that all food service operations are carried out efficiently.

Responsibilities:

-Regular attendance
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency
- Lead shift meetings

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant management preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

-Ability to follow directions

-Multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
