Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Duties:
- Assist in kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter and drive-thru
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for order taking and payment processing
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Follow company policies and procedures for quality, safety, and cleanliness

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for cash handling and basic calculations
- Knowledge of the food industry, including health and safety regulations
