Soni is partnering with a growing business services client seeking a Finance Administrator to join their accounting and finance department. The position involves offering finance administrative and operational support to the accounting, finance, and claims teams. The ideal candidate should be sharp, comfortable with managing junior and senior level accounting, AP/AR, and insurance claims team members and reporting directly to the Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Responsibilities include managing bank accounts, resolving issues, approving to high limit claims and cash receipt/reporting items for the department, and addressing escalated matters, both internally and externally.
Requirements:

• Previous experience with full cycle accounting including general ledgers, balance sheets/income statements, AP/AR and cash reporting is required

• Previous people leadership is highly desired for this role ideally managing at least 3-5 accounting or related departmental staff

• Ideal candidate will be comfortable with a high volume of data points and entry, reviewing account balances, and ensuring data integrity for the organization and its clients

• Understanding and cross-referencing of disbursements from cash accounts

• Candidates must be comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday in the Brentwood area

• Candidates must be have prior Excel experience including managing high-volume of data points/sets, formulas, and organizing/filtering based on various requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Treasury experience dealing with banking/cash accounts as well as opening/closing accounts

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
