Our company is seeking a Front Desk Manager to work closely with our front desk team. You will be responsible for supervision of the front desk agents and managing the hotels front desk. This position requires good communication skills and a strong ability to prioritize tasks, and we are seeking an individual who enjoys engaging with people to provide excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is flexible and reliable. Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and answer questions.
• Provide general information to guests.
• Recruit, train and schedule employees for excellence in guest experience.
• Manage front desk staff daily
• Direct staff to resolve customer complaints or requests.
• Serve as a liaison between guests, sales staff and management team.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
