Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro, Workday, Kronos, or ADP to manage candidate information and track progress
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient in using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various sources
- Knowledge of training development principles is a plus
