Job Description:

Sonatix Wellness seeks a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for our Pleasant Grove, Utah Clinic.

Yearly Pay up to $116,000 -$167,000 yearly

20-32 Clinical Hours per week

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide medication management combined with therapeutic interventions for clients of all ages.
  • One hour of administrative meetings per week
  • One hour of clinical meetings per week

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Licensed in Utah
  • Must live in Utah
  • Currently credentialed
  • DEA license with full prescriptive authority
  • Willing to work 20-32 clinical hours per week
  • Open to learning new approaches and techniques to medication management and therapy

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Yearly Pay up to $116,000 -$167,000 yearly

  • Up to 4 paid non-clinical hours per week

  • Malpractice and transfer fees for credentialing covered
  • Yearly stipend for CEU’s
