Essential Functions

• Design and implement dry land and crossover training programs for swimmers 
• Manage weight training program for swimmers 
• Conduct on-site coaching
• Coordinate dry land/swim workouts with practice groups

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year experience of coaching/teaching teens
• Must be available weekday evenings and weekends.
• Experience with competitive swimming preferred but not required.
• Must be a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist or equivalent certification/experience
