This Contract role as an Onsite Customer Advocate in Richardson, TX will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.

Requirements :

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
  • Data entry and / or typing experience.
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision-making skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, basic Excel skills are required.
  • Detail oriented
  • 2 Years of college or 2 years provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience in a health care or health insurance environment.

Preferred Requirements :

  • 6 months data entry experience in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria.
