This Contract-to-Hire role as an Onsite Clerk in Helena, MT will be responsible for performing basic mail distribution activities, pick up / drop offs of mail / packages to local post office / and other sites using company vehicle, and more (see below).

Responsibilities :

• Performs basic mail distribution activities.
• Pick up / drop offs of mail / packages to local post office / and other sites using company vehicle.
• Bring company vehicle in for maintenance to local shops.
• Sorting, delivery, and shipping of mail and packages.
• Unload deliveries and transport them into mail center.
• General filing duties.
• Has the ability to use basic office equipment including fax machines, arrival software.
• Produces lists, labels, forms, or other documents.
• Prepares filed materials for storage.

Requirements :

• HS Diploma / GED required.
• Has basic to intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel, and Microsoft teams.
• Requires knowledge of proper grammar.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Typically reports to the Operations Supervisor.

Pay Rate : $17.20 / hour
