3M is seeking Part-Time Production Operator candidates to join our team in Columbia MO!
The person hired for the Part-Time Production Operator position will be responsible for producing products in the plant. They will operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare products for shipping.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.04/hour, with the potential to reach $24.08/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
