- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure processes are understood, documented and fit the needs of their respective department
- Facilitate requirement workshops and training sessions with groups of business users and the leadership team
- Communicate business requirements into technical specifications that can be used for development, and conversely translate technical complexities to make them easily palatable for stakeholders to understand
- Ensure all process documentation is stored in a shared environment, accessible to all relevant stakeholders, and manage updates for all respective processes
- Meet with internal stakeholders to understand our organization’s product vision, requirements’ definition, and capability mapping, and when applicable provide recommended process, project, or platform implementation or improvements to support business activities for the organization, to the Leadership Team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development of business cases
- Assist internal stakeholders with testing of system changes to ensure functionality and capability are being utilized properly
- Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to ever-changing priorities, while consistently staying committed to delivering high quality results in a timely manner
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar field of study
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience implementing and maintaining ERP systems
- Experience with Epicor Prophet 21
- Manufacturing, distribution or industrial industry experience
- Experience working in mid-sized, high growth organizations
