About the role

  • Our Alorton team, composed of 33 people, is integrated in the Hydrogen Fluoride North America business and focuses on safe reliable manufacturing of aqueous hydrogen fluoride in collaboration with the commercial and supply chain teams.
  • As a Production Manager, you will work on improving safety, productivity and quality to support short-term and long-term objectives. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the performance of the Hydrogen Fluoride North America business and have a positive impact on the Alorton Production Team.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Role modeling leadership behaviors
    • Leading and developing the members of the operations team
    • Working closely with the other members of the Site Leadership Team to achieve short-term and long-term objectives
    • Collaborating with the commercial and supply chain teams to optimally run the Alorton facility and support key performance indicators (on-time in-full shipments, managing working capital, production adherence, operational excellence, etc.)
    • Owning continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and quality through training and technology improvement
    • Managing fixed and variable costs to budget, and identify opportunities to improve cost
  • We offer a permanent position based on an onsite working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education, Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering of Mechanical Engineering
  • Relevant work experience, 10 years or more in the chemical industry

    • Experience with ISO 9001 requirements, Responsible Care 14001, and OSHA PSM

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the United States base pay reasonably expected for this role is $119,000 to $149,000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
